1. Are all your pens handmade or made from a duplicator? 

Every pen I make is one of a kind. I do not use a lathe duplicator for any or my pens.

2. Do all your pens come in a pen box? 

Yes, all of my pens will come in a pen box. Unless otherwise noted on the product page of the pen you are getting. 

3. What type of Refill does my pen take? 

Fountain Pens: All of the fountain pens accept the standard fountain pen refills. If you purchased or received a fountain pen pump use standard fountain pen ink. 

Roller Balls: All of the roller ball pens will accept any standard roller ball refill.

Ballpoint Pens: The ballpoint pens  accept either a Parker type ballpoint refill or a Cross type ballpoint refill.
